This upgrade kit is designed for the Cerwin-Vega D3 speaker with the flat/flush baffle, not the version with raised baffle edges.
(Even if everything else is identical, the raised edge version of the baffle will affect the response of the speaker and that difference has not been tested or accounted for)

The kit includes all new crossover parts, wire, solder heat shrink, a set of tube connectors and 2 sheets of NoRez needed to take your speakers to the next level.
