No clamps, no glue, no wiring.

The NX-Studios are among the best-performing, stand-mounted speakers on the market, and easily able to resolve fine details deep within the music.
Making them perfect for mixing, mastering or for your own enjoyment in most any application.

Much like the rest of the NX-Series, the NX-Studio features an open-baffle tweeter. However they are open to the top, allowing for an airy, spacious soundstage, even when placed near the front wall. They will reward you the further out into the room you can get them.
The woofer is contained within a sealed box, allowing for clean detailed bass down to 70Hz, and a gentle roll-off making them easy to blend with subwoofers.

Finally! A reference grade studio monitor from GR-Research. Featuring the Neo 3 tweeter in an open baffle configuration, the NX-Studio will offer life like imaging and precision like you have never experienced before. Featuring our M165NQ in a sealed box, the NX-Studio can be placed near a wall without many of the issues other designs suffer from. Remember, less parts in the path is a good thing and even better, the parts you get with this kit are some of the best out there.

Note: Veneered sides may not perfectly match your hardwood front baffle if you order them from the same species. The veneer and baffles come from different sources. We will do our best to find aesthetically pleasing matches, You may want to consider a different species for your sides and front baffle.

I ordered a completed pair of NX studios early last year and have been listening to them almost daily ever since. Paired with two double trouble open baffle subs this combo is hands down the best and most musical set of speakers I’ve owned.
