The price is per pair.
This upgrade kit includes everything you need to take this speaker to the next level: All Crossover parts, wire, heat shrink, solder as well as a set of Tube Connectors and 3 sheets of NoRez.

This kit is compatible with both 100W and 200W versions.  (We cannot find any appreciable difference outside of a possible change to the crossover point of the lower woofer and mid drivers.)

Note: This upgrade is only compatible with units still using the original drivers. It will not account for the differences of any replacement drivers.
