The base level kit only upgrades the circuit of the mid and tweeter. It uses all high quality parts including a Sonicap in the tweeter circuit, coils from US coils, and high quality resistors. It includes new internal wire, a set of tube connectors, solder, and heat shrink. The total cost for that option is $400. There is also an option to upgrade some of the parts in the lower woofer circuit. This includes a large air core inductor, new resistors, and a by-pass cap. This adds $100.
