Stunning improvement in clarity of an already really good speaker.

I know parts make a difference. I was really blown away after doing this upgrade. Wow! Danny was right on this next level. I would say 30% increase. I didn’t realize the speaker sounded like they had a harshness to them. More detail it’s like they opened up. They don’t have a harshness to them anymore I didn’t realize they had. I did them one at a time so I could listen to the difference…In my industry quality parts, always make a difference and once again it did. Here’s the fax hearing is believing it bring the speakers up the next level, plus it was a lot of fun to do, I own a couple of auto body shops and the biggest problem was,all the guys wanted to be involved in doing it lol… I’m looking for more speakers just to upgrade now! Great job GR research. Looking forward to what you come up with next.👍🏼💯

I installed the kit a year ago to resolve issues with harshness in some female vocales. Little did I realize how dramatic the overall improvement would be with No Rez, the kit and the new terminals. I used to constantly consider / shop for new speakers but haven’t even looked since upgrading with Danny’s parts. This is one DIY kit that is well worth the time and money.

The honorable Danny wins for me again. Ditto what the previous reviewers have said. Very nice improvement. Harshness corrected. I didn’t realize how significant the harshness was until it was corrected.
SVS Ultra Bookshelves were my first “~nice” speakers that had a value over $250.
Then Danny introduced me to upgraded Carnegie CST-1’s… The SVS’s then migrated to their original cardboard box for a few years. This upgrade has made them more of a pleasure to listen to. I thought the previous harshness was simply the curse of metallic tweeters.
Thank you, Danny for bringing “significantly improved listening pleasure” first expensive for me, speakers.
