I waited over a year after upgrading my SVS Ultra Bookshelf speakers before getting the upgrade kit for the SVS Ultra Center. I really did not think about upgrading the center channel as I only used it for TV and movies. I finally decided to purchase the upgrade because the kit for the bookshelf speakers far exceeded my expectations. It has only been two days with the upgraded SVS Ultra Center and once again I am blown away with the change in the quality and clarity of the sound from the center channel. Listening to Roxy Music, Avalon, with the Yamaha A6A set to All Channel Stereo presented a uniformity, clarity and sound stage that is quite impressive. I could not be more pleased, not only with the quality and design of the kits; but with the support I have received from both Danny and from Hobbs. My SVS Ultra Bookshelves and center channel are paired with dual SVS SB2000 Pros and Prime satellites rears. Do not hesitate in getting all of the upgrade kits, it is well worth the investment of money and or your DIY time. My Ultras are the original design, not the newest ones that are curved. Again, don’t hesitate on these upgrades!
