This kit is for one speaker.

This upgrade kit contains all of the necessary crossover components to take this speaker to the next level. It also includes wire, solder, heat shrink, 1 pair of tube connectors, 1 sheet of NoRez and your choice of Budget poly caps or Sonicaps in the tweeter circuit.

Note: This kit is NOT compatible with the new 404C II
One will need to be sent in to upgrade the newer model
