Take this speaker to the next level by replacing the stock crossover, fixing a number of issues with this speaker. Kit includes all new crossover parts, wire, solder, heat shrink, a set of tube connectors and 6 sheets of the New NoRez. Crossover mounting boards are not included.
This speaker is large and minimally braced. To really improve bass and midrange clarity & performance, we recommend checking out this thread from our Forum below showing the bracing added to the newer Forte III.

I spent a year and nine months upgrading my entire system, one big investigation and experiment, to prepare for the installation of these crossovers. The goal was to ensure at the point of installation that my system’s potential was maximized, so that i could glean the most potential from the crossovers. I am overjoyed to say the entire journey was overwhelmingly successful. Words cannot describe the improvement good enough. The squawker in the Forte 1 honestly is comparable to the way the K400 in my old LaScalas sounded. That’s not an exaggeration. Looking forward to hopefully getting my KG4’s upgraded next! 🙂
