This upgrade kit includes everything you need to take this speaker to the next level, including all crossover components, wire, solder, heat shrink, and a set of tube connectors.

The crossover for this model is only 4 parts and very easy to assemble. We recommend mounting the new crossover externally, but it can be mounted internally so long as the smaller coil is mounted perpendicular. The hard part is the removal of the 2 rows of staples along the bottom of the speaker panel. Gen 3 Sonicap bypass: This upgrade option is to further improve the clarity of the tweeter circuit by bypassing the Sonicap in the tweeter circuit.
